The room is fully furnished with a very comfortable Queen bed, closet, hangers, dresser, night stand with drawers, lamp as well as ceiling fan/light. There is also a shared furnished bathroom with shower and bathtub, large shared kitchen, outdoor storage available, outdoor patio area with canopy, table, and chairs, shared living room with fireplace, fast wifi, and all utilities included (washer and dryer in garage). We have one cat who is very friendly and low maintenance. We are a bilingual family (Spanish), which includes our baby, my partner, and I.
