Tucked at the base of the evergreens, this rustic lakefront home offers a fantastic location with a dock and plenty of beach - the perfect site for you and your family to experience the Bass Lake of yesteryear.
This property is made up of a three-bedroom home and a separate one-bedroom guesthouse, for a total of four bedrooms. In the main part of the house, you'll be greeted by a screened patio overlooking the lake, a classic kitchen (with a portable dishwasher), cable TV, and a washer/dryer. The guesthouse features a bedroom suite upstairs and a bathroom downstairs.
Outside, enjoy a grill, picnic tables, a volleyball court, and a private dock on the lakeshore.
Beautiful Bass Lake is a wonderful spot for boating, skiing, fishing, hiking, and bicycling. You'll be close to the Pines Village at the lake, with its restaurants, general market, bars, shops, and full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, offering shops, restaurants, bars, a cinema, and a live stage theater of its own. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away and the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park is only 15 miles away.

**Only propane grilling is allowed due to local statue. Charcoal grilling, and most open fires (except "warming fires" in the firepit) are not allowed. This is to prevent wildfires, as the area is at risk for them.
Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this, summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.
Parking notes: Parking is available for three vehicles and a boat trailer, or four vehicles without a boat trailer. Please ensure to only park at the home and do not block any other home or streets. Please note that golf carts are considered vehicled.
