Outdoor pool has hot tub adjoining, plus barbecue area and waterfall/pond to create a great outdoor living atmosphere . Eight person outdoor dining table plus additional seating for 8 people throughout the backyard. Festival lights help create a relaxing setting. Heated pool and hot tub are great for summer enjoyment.
Home owners will be traveling for the three month period and wish to rent the home to a responsible person(s).
Location is in a safe,mature neighborhood ( Forster Ranch). Home built in 1996, has 3 car garage that is used to house a pool table, ping pong table and work bench area.
Home is located 5 minute car drive to beach, 45 minute walk. Thirty minutes to John Wayne airport, 45 minutes to Disneyland or San Diego recreational areas.
