Uber eats door dash all delivery co’s deliver as well as Instacart Albertsons etc. 7 minutes to Gillespie Airfield 25 minutes to San Diego international airport and beaches. One of the best areas to see the wild parrots fly by.
The entire house is yours including yard and gardens. Pet safe backyard and pool safety fence.
Colonial style has two bedrooms and a bath up and two bedrooms and a bath down. Bridge across to large game and tv room with big sliders out to deck. Magnificent crystal chandeliers. 1st floor kitchen, living room and dining easy access from car.
Parking is ample with circular driveway and in front of garage. Home is on a private drive with only 3 other on the street. Only one household drives past on the dead end street. You’ll want a car to get around most likely.
