Sandoval Slopes is a four bedroom, three bath large family home. It is located close to Bear Mountain Resort, has adequate parking and the most amazing slope views.
An open floor plan gives way to plenty of room for family gatherings and holidays. Meals are easily prepared in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with lots of counter space, a dishwasher and bar. There is a den and family room both with flat screen TV’s, internet and lots of seating. Dining room TV is for watching DVDs only. Cozy up by the wood burning fireplace in the cold winter months. The sleeping arrangements vary with rooms on both levels. The upper rooms each have their own private baths.
There is a pool table and a dartboard for a little indoor fun. Don't forget to bring your favorite games. The outdoor patio offers time for summer relaxation, enjoying the views or cook your favorite meals on the propane barbeque with friends and family. This is a great place to star gaze or watch the moon rest over Bear Mountain Resort.

Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
