This spectacular Beach Front Home is 3 stories, 3300 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 6 newly renovated bathrooms.
The house comes with all the amenities you would expect in a luxury home. Viking and Wolf Kitchen; rich hard wood floors and stone throughout with professionally decorated furnishings that are both stylish and comfortable. There is a garage and street parking. Although, once you arrive, you will never need to use your car again.
The Outside Space: This luxury retreat has 3 levels of outdoor space with incredible views of the Pacific Ocean with the Santa Monica pier to your left, and Malibu to your right, but it also is literally on the Santa Monica beach and boardwalk.
The 1st floor has a private terrace with direct beach access. Level 2 has a fabulous deck off the living room with an unobstructed ocean view. Newly added folding doors open the whole wall for true indoor outdoor SoCal living. On the 3rd level you will have a beautiful private deck off the Master bedroom which is the best place in the house to enjoy your morning coffee and evening ocean sunsets.
The location is unsurpassed with beach front access and situated just a short walk north of the Santa Monica Pier. In 7 minutes you can walk to the 3rd Street Promenade and all of its famous restaurants and shopping in downtown Santa Monica. The Boardwalk starts at the Pier and Venice beach is 1 mile south. You don’t need to deal with a car and finding parking because everything is within 10 minutes by foot.
