This beautiful house features a great room with vaulted ceilings and lake views on the main level. The living area is comfortable with oversized furniture and a flat-screen TV and is the perfect place to watch movies and play games with family and friends. Off of the great room, you will find a quiet breakfast nook featuring three walls of windows overlooking the lake and wooded lot. From the Great Room, you can access the top level of this beautiful house which has a loft balcony overlooking the room and leads to the 1st bedroom. This bedroom features a queen-sized bed and ample closet space.
The kitchen is bright and features well-stocked cabinets with all your favorite cooking and serving ware, including a Keurig coffee maker. This room is open to both the hallway and the Great Room allowing for gathering and socializing while making meals. The entry-level is completed by a quiet sitting room, a full bath, and a 2nd bedroom. The bedroom on the entry level sleeps three people comfortably with a twin and queen bunk bed.
Downstairs you will find a private Master Suite with a second entrance from the outside. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a seating area with a futon, and a covered private deck overlooking the lake complete with a hammock for relaxing. Another seating area with a futon couch is located just outside of the spacious master bedroom along with a separate laundry area. Completing this level is a bathroom featuring a tranquil Finnish sauna.
Out on the two-tiered lakeside patios, you can enjoy cooking a feast for your guests on either a gas or charcoal grill. At sunset watch the sky over the lake transform into a kaleidoscope of vivid color as you sip a glass of your favorite Finger Lakes wine or cider. At night, you can gather around the fire pit making memories under a blanket of stars.
When you are ready for some fun and sun time on the water, take a short hike down to the tram to enjoy 200’ of private lakefront. Down on the lakeside deck and dock, you can enjoy the lake scenery as you swim, fish, and take advantage of the four kayaks.
