Upon arrival you will be greeted with beautiful Oak Trees with Spanish Moss. You will find this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage with designer touches a comfortable and quiet retreat. Sit back and relax on the screened in porch with your coffee in the mornings. New Kitchen appliances and flooring throughout. This cottage offers all of the comforts of home with a TV in each bedroom, WIFI, fully stocked kitchen with eat in dining, washer/dryer and a 2 car garage. If you plan on going to the beach it is just a short minute drive and we have you covered with beach chairs, beach cart and accessories. Must be 25 to rent

You will be renting directly with the owner and save those annoying management fees. This property is adjacent to a one of the two golf courses at Sea Palms. St Simons is a quaint little island with many delicious restaurants and boutique shops. You can bike the entire island or take a nice stroll through the village. Great for a family vacation, located at the end of a quite cul-de-sac. Close to shopping, movie theatre, restaurants and Sea Island resort. The beach is a short 10 minute drive away but you can park near the Coast Guard station which now offers a full snack bar, showers and bathrooms for your day at the beach.

Bring your bikes and ride to the village. There are bike paths all through the resort and offer scenic views of the island and the resort. Relax on the screened-in porch and enjoy the soothing sounds of quiet chirping as you go to sleep at night.

If you have not been to St Simons then you are in for a real treat. You will wind your way around the island under cypress oaks bearing spanish moss. The main village and pier area offer several shops and unique restaurants. Barbara Jean's is known for some of the best crab cakes you will ever eat. You can also fish at the pier or play a round of putt-putt golf. We always enjoy the fudge shop and just sitting at Brogens enjoy an adult cocktail while looking at the ocean.

From St Simons you are only 20 minutes away from Jekyl Island where you can ride horses or visit their water park. Savannah is about 80 minutes north where you can stroll down River Street or take a ghost tour. You are also a short drive to Amelia Island and Fernadina Beach, Florida for a day trip. Of course once you get to the island and start relaxing you may never want to leave your beach chair. It really is a special place.

You will truly enjoy this vacation escape and want to come back again and again.
