It is well suited for working people and very near to the two border crossings to Mexicali. It is situated on the Victorias area, which one of the bests in Calexico. Side patio is perfect to relax
To access the studio, park on the street or in one carport and walk down the driveway through the gate and into the back yard. The entrance its on the back side of the house, with a keypad on it. We have a big backyard with some tree shades on it, and a small table with two chairs where you can relax on your free time
