-We, the Primary residents, will be present on the property (on the first floor) during the stay of our guests. There is a separate private entrance for each floor.
-Full second floor of Santa Monica home with a separate private entrance. Just north of Montana Avenue with shopping & restaurants, and a few blocks to the Santa Monica Beach and the Third Street Promenade. One large primary common area rm#4 attached to a separate room #5 for 2 people. Each room includes large TV & Wifi. The kitchenette attached to Common area room #4 has a LARGE FULL SIZE refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle

- In addition to the Primary Suite #4 is a Common Area, room #5 has 2 single beds and there are three single rooms (Rooms 1, 2, and 3) that have queen beds. Each room (except room 5 which shares with common area) has its own private bathroom and includes TV with Cable & Wifi. The kitchenette attached to Common area room #4 has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and hot water kettle.
-Updated sanitation and cleaning procedures to keep our guests safe during this time. As always, we are continuing to clean and sterilize and sanitize our entire unit after each guest. We are also continuing our contactless self-check-in and check-out services with a private entrance for our guests.
Coffee is provided. Laundry room with washer and dryer, and laundry detergent provided. NO SMOKING on the property except for the outside patio in the front yard. Check-In at 5pm, Check-out at 10am.
Also, If desired, Room #5, with two single beds, is available. Please request this option prior to checking in to set up the beds and room.
--No parties- This is a very quiet neighborhood. Loud noises causing a disturbance will not be tolerated.
--Fine for smoking inside the house: $1500 min. This is strictly a non-smoking home. A patio in the front yard is there for that purpose.
