Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac adjacent to open farmland and the source of the River Alt, this self-contained flatlet comprise a double bedroom, lounge (with sofa-bed) and bathroom with in-bath shower on the upstairs floor over my downstairs home-office space. You have full access to the kitchen downstairs with it's own fridge, cooker, microwave and kettle. Bus stop for buses to Liverpool and Merseyrail Station is just 300 yards up the road. Regret adults only and no pets.

Summary: The property is in a good location to get back and forth from liverpool and Wigan where we were visiting family. There does need to be more attention made to cleanliness in the house itself. While it wasn't filthy, it was cleaned very well recently when we arrived. The driveway was being worked on for several hours on 3 sperate days of our visit which was not impressive at all. The gents doing the works were exceptionally kind and respectful, but nit much fun waking up to the sounds of paving stone being cut. There is no excuse for this, the owner did not value my money over his private work being conducted at the same time. The fact that his business operates out of the same building isn't ideal either, vrbo markets onbtheir commercials about "not vacationing with strangers"... The house is really only a q bedroom as the 2nd bedroom eliminates the living room which is not good at all. I think if you're gonna run a vrbo, make it your priority and accurately describe the condition of the property and the fact that a business is being run out if the same house. Thank you
