An additional cottage with a king and a queen sofa sleeper with a half bath to sleep up to 14 people in total. But there’s more - a fun-filled game room, a fully equipped stainless-steel kitchen, and a private hot tub making it the perfect setting for your next family reunion or holiday gathering! The home is ideally located across the street from beach access (at 10 Mile River & Seaside Beach), just five minutes away from whale watching and collecting sea shells at MacKerricher State Park, 14 minutes to antique shopping and restaurants in Fort Bragg, and if you want to stretch it a bit, just another 8 minutes down the road to Mendocino.
The home will instantly relax you with heated tile flooring, a gas fireplace, and a large sectional sofa.
