Super comfortable and cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with circular driveway and two locked gated boat parking areas. All boat launch ramps within 2 miles of the house. House has enough room for 6 adults and 2 children. Comfortable backyard deck to enjoy barbequing and warm evenings. Game room for the kids (and adults) in the detached two car garage. Lake is within a short driving distance for swimming and shore fishing. House is located on a dead end street, perfect for bike rides and walks.
The space
The house is set up for 6 adults and 2 children. There are 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There are several local restaurants, bars, gas station and a market all within 1 mile of the house. This is a premiere destination area for all your Lake Shasta and Mt. Shasta activities. Backyard includes furnished deck space, adirondack chairs around a propane fire pit, horseshoes, cornhole game. Our garage game room includes an air hockey table and ping pong.
Guest access
There is plenty of parking for larger boat trailers and/ or vehicles. It is a semi circular driveway but plan on backing any trailers down the driveway as the circle is too tight to drive through.
