We offer 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, front and back fenced patios, garage plus two parking spaces, washer/dryer, 2 smart TVs including movie channels, fastest WiFi, propane bbq & utensils, beach chairs, patio furniture, stainless steel appliances including gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, adult & children’s beach cruisers, boogie boards, games and a kite. The kitchen includes 2 coffeemakers, a tea kettle, blender, toaster oven, crockpot, rice cooker, pots & pans, glass- and plastic-ware, dishes and utensils, as well as individually packaged coffees, an assortment of teas, salt, pepper and sugar. We have one CA King bed, one queen-sized bed, a double bed, and a full-sized futon to comfortably sleep 8. We provide all linens, towels and beach towels. Pet friendly. No smoking please.
