With an open concept living area, fully equipped kitchen and formal dining space, this 2 bed / 1 bath home comfortably sleeps 5. Enjoy life at the beach with restaurants and many water activities all within an easy walk of the property.
Located less than one block away from the mouth of Channel Islands Harbor, your spoiled for a variety of water activities. Channel Island Beach also known as "Kiddie Beach" is just 250 ft away. It's a great spot to sit & watch sailboats come and go and the sunset over the Channel Islands.
Adults wanting more action can follow the walkway along the harbor to Silver Strand Beach, best know for surfing & boogie boarding. Channel Islands Sport Fishing is a short walk back up Victoria Ave where you can book a fishing trip or whale watching excursion.
Just a block away you will find several eateries, a convenience/grocery store, a yoga studio, hair salon and The Arting Co.
Inside the house, the main living area features a 50" flat screen TV, a sleeper sofa & casual chairs. There is a dining/game table that seats 4. The entire house has Bluetooth streaming capabilities.
An island in the kitchen is a great spot for coffee or to set up a buffet. The kitchen is equipped with a 5 burner gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and a full sized refrigerator with ice maker. There is a coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, pots & pans and dinner service for 8.
When the weather is too nice to eat in, head out front to enjoy the private patio where a gas BBQ grill and outdoor dining set awaits.
The master bedroom is well-equipped with a queen bed & flat panel TV. The 2nd bedroom with a twin bunk over full is ideal for the kids. Both rooms open to the rear patio and share a generous bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The back patio is a true gem! The center is covered with sails to provide both shade and privacy. The sides are open to enjoy the sun during the day and the moon and stars at night. There is plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy. When you're ready to go to the beach we have boogie boards, coolers and beach chairs!
