This farmhouse was built around 1930. It has an abundance of sunlight and space. The natural chestnut wood work was harvested from the property and it abounds with character. The property is close to Lake Wilhelm nature trails and also close to the Grove City Outlet Mall. Come to the country and enjoy our fresh air!
Slater Farm- House Rules
1. No smoking inside, EVER!
2. Guest limited to 6. If you would like to have more than 6 guests it must be approved by the host. If you have more than 6 guests without prior approval, you will be asked to leave.
3. Security cameras are recording at both front and back entrances, please don’t tamper with cameras.
4.Please don’t prop storm doors open for extended periods of time. They have screens.
5. Door code that was sent to you only works for the front door.
6. Close all windows when leaving or not in the house (weather is very unpredictable in western Pennsylvania)
7. Turn off lights when you are not in the house
8. Use white thermostat to change temperature. Gold one is for the oil furnace and only used for backup.
9. Barns, outbuildings, and pastures are off-limits to guests.
