The property includes a large, fully equipped kitchen and a private back garden, perfect for families, groups, or contractors. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for a comfortable stay. Please note, the house does not have a living room, but the kitchen and garden provide areas to gather. Ground floor has one large double bedroom with a king bed and a large sofa, one shower room with toilet, kitchen and the back garden. Upstairs has one en-suite double with a private shower room in the bedroom, one standard double, one single room and one common bathroom.
There is no living room, dishwasher and dryer.
There is heating, bedside table and a desk in the bedroom. Full beddings, bath towels, and showering items will be provided.
The Kitchen is fully equipped to cook your meals.
There is a double sofa bed on the ground floor bedroom and it will be set up for bookings with 8 or/and 9 guests. The standard set-up for bookings with 7 guests and less will be for 3 double beds and 1 single bed in each of the rooms. For bookings with 7 guests and less, you can request to pay £20 to use the sofa bed and for £15 we can set up another single foldable bed in the ensuite room..
Two small to medium pets allowed with a one time pet fee of £20 and damage deposit of £100. The damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, if there is no pet mess and damage found. Your pet will not be allowed to make noise which would disturb the neighbours, if anyone complain, I have to ask you to check out right away without any refund..
