The Space:
This three-story mansion has 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The first level has a guest bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, a movie theater, and a work area. There is also a powder room and a workout area with exercise equipment. The second level consists of two large living rooms, a chef's kitchen, an 8-seat dining table, a pantry, and a laundry room. The second floor also offers another powder room and a Queen bedroom that has a private bathroom attached. The remaining bedrooms are all on the third floor.
The third level has the Master Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two enormous walk-in closets for his and hers, and two more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a very quiet and residential neighborhood minutes away from the best restaurants and shops in Silver Lake. Silver Lake Reservoir and Millie's Cafe are 5 minutes away by car. There is a Starbucks 2 minutes away by car or 9 minutes walk. The closest grocery stores are Trader Joe's, Gelsons, and Vons which are only 2- 5 minutes away by car from the home.
Getting Around:
There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. It is also very easy to get an Uber from this location. There is also a Trader Joe's and Gelson near the property that can be reached within a 10-minute walk.

It is of utmost importance to note that all noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 9-10 pm. The neighbors are extremely sensitive, so all activities and noise levels must be respectful at all times. We can't have complaints about obtrusive music. It's important to be mindful of this before booking. Any gatherings of more than 10 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and cleared with the host before check-in.
Rules of the house:
- No parties, loud music, or gatherings of more than 10 people allowed in the house
- Max occupancy of 10 people must be respected
- No use of outdoor area past 10 pm
- Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis - please check with host before arrival - $90 per day/pet
- Smoking prohibited indoors & outdoors- $250 fine for smoking
- $35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel
- $200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning
Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. It's a very quiet neighborhood and the neighbors have zero tolerance for noise disturbance. Noncompliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.
Upon check-in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
