Private Entrance. You have access to the entire home including the outdoor areas.
There is a MAXIMUM LIMIT of 2 CARS in the driveway. Please do not block the sidewalk.
The Neighborhood:
This home is in a quiet family residential neighborhood near a school. Please slow down when driving.
Quiet Hours of 9pm-7am are strictly implemented out of courtesy for our neighbors.
Other Things to Note:
Only DISCLOSED number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional short-term renters that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit.
By booking you agree that, there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests you have on your reservation and there will be no visitors during your stay that's not pre-disclosed.
Maintain quiet hours from 9PM-7AM (strictly enforced) and refrain from accessing the backyard after 9PM as noise travels easily in this neighborhood.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed. Loud noise and parties and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Additional guests after 6 people or pets would require an extra charge of $40 per head on each night’s rate due to the usage and wear & tear on the home. Penalty for each unannounced guest or pet not disclosed prior to the stay is $80 per head per night (2x the normal charge) with a potential eviction.
Please take off your shoes before going on carpeted areas.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUGS ALLOWED IN THIS HOME! This will result in a fine of $1,000 or more, payable via the Resolution Center.

Do not tamper with the surveillance system. Tampering will result in a $500 fine.
