Positive: Location is great, nice quiet walk to the main road to catch the local bus into the city. Nice parking and quiet residential street. Good sized property and rooms with clean bedding.

Negative: The property lacks soft furnishings and decor which makes a house feel welcoming. There are no lamps in the lounge or bedrooms. The sofa is dated and uncomfortable. The bedroom door to the attic rooms doesn't close properly. The beds had only one pillow per person and the towels, albeit fresh and white, are really quite small! There are some odd furniture choices throughout, with trestle tables in some of the bedrooms and hallways and a random computer desk in the corner of the lounge. The home was generally clean. Several empty toiletry bottles in the main shower room that need recycled. The floor could do with a deep clean. A large cafetiere and coffee would be a nice simple touch too.

Summary: Fine for one night but I am glad we weren't there for long.
