4 Bedroom House in Fountain Valley
Message us about shorter stays. Everything you see in every picture is for the guest’s private and exclusive use. You’ll have full access to two-story house and full backyard. Everything you see in every picture is exclusive and private, there are no shared spaces. This is an owner occupied property. The owner lives in the upstairs rear of the property and has his own private entrance.
A little about the space. In the backyard there is a covered patio with seating for 14, a jacuzzi, a barbecue with utensils, and a fire pit. The home is two stories with central air conditioning and heating. There are two living rooms each with 70” TVs and seating for 8 each. There is a queen bed downstairs and a tv in the room, and a 3/4 bathroom. We have a washer and dryer with detergent for your convenience. There is a pool table in the front room. The kitchen features a gas range, an oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and top-of-the-line refrigerator freezer with ice maker. The countertops are marble with a center island, and floors are travertine. There is a coffee-maker, with supplied ample coffee, blender, toaster, rice-maker, crockpot, pots and pans and utensils, cooking oil, seasonings, and paper towels.
Upstairs is the Master Suite with a California King size bed and 55” tv. There are two other bedrooms which have hand-crafted superbly comfortable queen beds. There is a full bathroom with a separate shower/bathtub toilet area, and double sinks, blow-dryers for each sink are included. These bedrooms each have overhead ceiling fans.
The house is located in a very mature neighborhood. You will love the convenient location. There are grocery stores within 1/4 mile, McDonald's is 3 blocks from us, plenty of restaurants close by on Brookhurst. This quiet neighborhood has original owners which lend to its safety. We offer 2 parking spaces on the left side of the driveway, and street parking is free. Enter through double iron gates with an access code to the left of the driveway, and lock for your continued privacy.
Our custom home is conveniently located between Newport Beach and Huntington Beach. This is a quaint quiet culdesac bedroom neighborhood that looks for quiet time from 10 pm to 9 am, therefore, we don’t allow parties.
Please contact us if you have a private gathering for our approval of the number of guests over 8, up to 14. If more than the allotted number of guests are on the property without first obtaining the owner’s approval, guests will not be allowed further use of the property, and be asked to leave, a $500 fine, and no refunds will be given. In addition, unsanctioned parties will result in an additional $500 penalty fee. If house is left extremely dirty and needs deep cleaning, there will be an additional $200 charged. Please take shoes off before entering the house, as we have just installed brand new carpeting.
The owner has a private, separate entrance and lives on site as does his sister. The owner has two very friendly, less than 10 pound dogs that live with him. There is no interaction with the dogs. There are no shared spaces.
There is one Ring doorbell camera located at the front door of the property that actively records picture and sound 24/7 that overlooks the double gated entrance and sees anyone entering and leaving the property. There is a Feit Camera with lights placed on the outside upper part of the garage and overlooks the complete driveway which also actively records sound and video 24/7.
You may see the occasional possum, raccoon, squirrel, or field mouse that live in the area, they’re completely harmless. Please keep all doors shut to keep out any little critters that may wander in for food. We have set small traps outside for field mice, please be aware, and keep away from these.
Guests must immediately alert host to any issues regarding maintenance or request for repair service. Host will not compensate or refund for any issues not reported within 3 hours. Guest must also allow host and/or repairman access to the property to remedy the issue after host has been notified. If guest stays after issue is remedied or addressed, there will be no further remuneration or refund.
The jacuzzi is working perfectly at this time. Once your booking has ended, you are required to give up the property and vacate per check-out rules.
We are not responsible for any items left at the property. Use of the Jacuzzi is at your own risk, we are not responsible for anything that may happen to a guest regarding liability in regards to the use of the Jacuzzi.
Occasionally, a rock band named ‘Sublime’ will have band practice outside for tour dates. They always end by 10:00 pm. I am giving notice there may be noise from this neighborhood band.
There is a $600 deposit hold when you book the property. This is released if the House Rules have not been broken, and there is no damage.
Also, we encourage guests to purchase CFAR cancellation insurance to protect your trip as we will adhere to our cancellation policy.
