Spacious private room on the ground floor my modern 3 bedroom duplex. You have your own private entrance as well as direct washer dryer access and great Natural light. The room has a queen size bed, 42in smart tv with Netflix, Hulu & Disney plus.
Also a twin size air mattress is located in the black ottoman, so the room is perfect for groups and family. You also have a mini fridge in your room.
You have the entire bottom floor to your self. Including a living room with a Roku TV. And a full bathroom stocked with toiletries and amenities such as a blow dryer. Hygiene is super important to me so I installed a bidet that i hope you can learn to enjoy.
** PLEASE DONT FLUSH WIPES, PAPER TOWELS OR OTHER PRODUCTS IN MY TOILET **
If you do the septic tank will clog causing the drain to back up. Its disgusting, inconvenient and will get me in trouble with the landlord. I will charge you $30 if violate that rule as it is your bathroom and your the only one using it.
