Enter the home on the first floor through the stone foyer. The main floor is appointed with a great room with high vaulted ceilings, wood fireplace, entertainment center, breakfast bar and open kitchen, a step down wet bar and separate dining space. Large floor to ceiling windows and a sliding glass door to the back of the home bring the outside in. Entertaining is easy and fun with a large deck, gas BBQ grill, outdoor seating area. The first floor is rounded out with a 1/2 bath and bonus sitting area off the kitchen, plus one master bedroom w/en suite bathroom and separate sliding glass door to the deck area.
The second floor provides the majority of the sleeping space and offers (3) bedrooms and an open loft and hall way that surrounds the great room. Bedroom #1 (a second master) is furnished with a king bed and en suite bathroom, bedroom #2 has a queen bed and bedroom #3 is appointed with a twin bunk and full size bed w/twin trundle (sleeps up to 5). A gaming area for kids and adults alike is offered in the loft with a pool table, deluxe card table, and a second entertainment center.
This home is equipped with state of the art electronics including smart tvs in four rooms and a blue ray dvd player in the great room.
A two car garage, ping pong table and generous driveway round out this stellar rental!

Kantor's Hideout is located in Tahoe Donner, the prime vacation rental community in Truckee. This property is 5 minutes to The Trout Creek Recreation Center-where guests can enjoy spas, a year round pool, gym and fitness classes for $24 per adult and $10 for ages 3-6. Six guests may use the facilities at a time. Amenities in Tahoe Donner also include the Golf center and range, "The Lodge" restaurant and pub and "Z Market Place"; which sells beer, wine, liquor, breakfast, lunch and dinner deli items, along with convenience items for Mountain Living. Poolside dining from the Marco Polo Grill at Trout Creek is available during the summer months.

There is no AC in Tahoe. To keep the property cool, open the windows and sliders at night to let cool air in, then close the windows, doors and blinds when you leave for the day.
