No street parking allowed. Maximum of 4 cars allowed, no exceptions. There is a parking deck on the property that provides space for two vehicles and you’re welcome to use the two-car garage as well. (NOTE: Parking area can accommodate up to four standard and/or compact vehicles. Four large vehicles/trucks/SUV's will not fit within the approved parking areas. Garage is standard size but may not be able to accommodate the width of 2 larger vehicles. Garage door opening height is 75”. This may not be tall enough to accommodate larger vehicles. Please ensure proper clearance before pulling into the garage.)
Smoking of any kind is prohibited in and around the property and will not be tolerated. Any additional cleaning and/or smoke removal fees incurred from smoking in or around the property will be charged directly to the guest. Violations will result in removal from the property without refund.
Central Heating and Air conditioning is available at the property and is set with an allowable range of 68°-75°.
