The kitchen is NOT included with the property, but world-renowned Stone Brewery and countless other restaurants are walking distance from the house. Eat out, carry out or order in. Liberty Station, one of San Diego's city parks, is directly across the street. The park has a running path where paddle boards and kayaks can be rented and fronts the canal that opens up into the bay. Point Loma's famous green parrots can be seen hanging out in the palms from time to time.
