*The City of Spokane Valley will be doing constructions at the intersection of Sullivan and Wellesley and the sidewalks on Sullivan starting 6/20/2022 to mid August(tentatively). I’m sure there will be noise during the working hours during the weekdays and detours. I’ll keep this updated.
Welcome! You can have this apartment all to yourself :) This is a newly remodeled two bedroom, one bathroom apartment that has room for up to 6 people. This apartment is part of a fourplex and is upstairs (2 units upstairs and 2 units downstairs). It’s located close to the Spokane Business & Industrial Park (0.6 miles) and Spokane Valley Mall (2.5 miles). My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, friends, weekend getaway.

The space
The apartment is very clean and newly remodeled with a new kitchen, bathroom, windows, doors, and carpet.
One bedroom is furnished with 1 queen bed and has a closet. The other bedroom includes 2 twin beds with a walk-in closet. Both rooms have lots of hangers.
The living room features a sofa that turns into a bed. There is also a fireplace (display only, does not turn on).
There is high speed wi-fi throughout the apartment. Also, there is a TV with Netflix and access to local channels with an antenna.
The kitchen has brand new appliances, cabinets, Keurig coffeemaker, blender, cookware, pots and pans, wine glasses, and a wine opener. There are plenty of dishes and silverware for a nice dinner or a family breakfast. You will also find coffee, tea, oil, salt, and pepper.
The bathroom is stocked with clean towels and toiletries. It includes toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. Please use all hot irons for your hair in the bathroom. You will be responsible for any damages.
There is a balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. 420 friendly, also only allowed on the balcony.
There are 2 parking spots. One covered parking spot (next to the shed on the left side of the building) and one parking spot in front of the building.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
Interaction with guests
Guests will have total privacy, along with your own entrance and NO shared common spaces. There is a keypad to lock the door, so guests will not have to worry about keys. A message with the door code and other house details will be sent to you at 2:30pm on the day of arrival.
You can check yourself in any time after 3pm. I always have my phone on me, texts or calls or AirBnb messages, so if any questions/concerns come up, I will be glad to help address them immediately.
Other things to note
Check-in is after 3pm/check-out is no later than 11am. These times are sometimes flexible depending on the reservations I have that week, just shoot me a message in advance to ask for an exception.
Pets are NOT ALLOWED.
There is a Ring security camera at the entrance.
PLEASE do not smoke marijuana or tobacco inside the house. You can smoke outside on the balcony. There is an ashtray for butts there. The guests after you are not always as 420 friendly and a lot of them do not appreciate the smell. Thank you!
