- This property does not allow parties. Visitors must vacate by 9 p.m.
- The pool is open during the summer and is unheated.
- The interior fireplaces are not functional.
- There is parking for three cars available in the driveway. Three (3) is the maximum number of cars allowed at any time per HOA requirements.
- Street parking is not allowed at any time.
- The amount of guests staying needs to be accurately reported. Over-occupancy is never allowed and can result in eviction.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
