Positive: Caretaker very friendly and everyone enjoyed the welcome samosas! He also quickly fixed an issue with the hot tub. Location is good with Asda only a 5 min drive away. There are big grounds for the dog. Large front room. Hot tub is new and good fun.

Negative: WiFi was unusable and we all had to use our phone data. The rooms are a bit dated and the usual comforts you might expect weren’t there (such as no soap in bathrooms, a few loo rolls only, no cloths to wash up with etc). Nowadays you expect a tv that has Netflix, Prime etc but that was lacking. Given number of people 2 tvs would’ve been good. Property could generally do with an upgrade.

Summary: Good stay although a dated property and shocking/no wifi. Hot tub is a highlight.
