This is a studio that is attached to the Main House, separated by a solid sound door and both Main House And Studio may be rented together or separately. Great stargazing. Moon deck. Full kitchen and bath. Super clean new construction style living. The property sits on the edge of the Anza Borrego desert, near Borrego Springs, CA. It has A/C, a queen bed and looks to the north over some beautiful mountains. Huge front yard, almost an acre of mature growth shade and palm trees featuring a patio with beautiful outside fireplace. It is 5 minutes away from the Galleta Meadows sculptures, and less than 1/2 hour from Coyote Canyon, Palm Canyon and Fonts Point. The Salton Sea is about 1/2 an hour away, and the highlights of Salvation Mountain and the Mud Volcanoes are another 45 minutes from there.
