This stunning villa is a luxuriously decorated three level house on Broad Beach in Malibu. Situated on Broad Beach Road, the beach can be easily accessed by a short flight of steps to the side of the house, or by driving down a short private road. The beach itself is beautiful, sandy with safe swimming and paddleboarding. Fun to explore and perfect for picnics, sunning, walking and swimming for adults and children alike.
This elegant house is fully equipped with everything needed for a truly memorable vacation. There are 6 bedrooms -three on the top floor and three on the ground floor. Each bedroom has luxury designer sheets and towels as well as their own flat screen TV. The king size master has a fireplace, private terrace overlooking the beach, walk in closet and exceptional marble white bathroom. The other two full size bedrooms on the top floor also have elegant en suite bathrooms. On the ground floor are two Ralph Lauren blue and white striped queen bedrooms which share a large bathroom. Additionally there is a sofa in the sitting room that make into a queen size bed and can be closed off for privacy. A single bed adjacent to one of the bedrooms is perfect for a child. There is a state of the art screening room on this floor, with a screen that lowers down and the room darkens into a theatre for movies and videos. A large deck runs the length of the floor with outdoor furniture and a 4 person Jacuzzi.
A private driveway leads to the house which opens into a luxurious open plan living/ dining room with gourmet kitchen, perfectly designed for entertaining. Two fridges, two dish washers, espresso machine, microwave, extensive cooking utensils, glass and plate ware make cooking a dream at this villa. French doors lead onto the magnificent deck with out door dining table, comfortable lounge chairs, coffee tables and a gas barbeque. A great place to relax and enjoy the ocean view and take in the sun. Large screen TV, music system (indoors and outdoor speakers) and fireplace in the living room make this villa a perfect rental all year round.
