The huge kitchen bar & breakfast nook offer seating for 10 (in addition to the 12-person dining room table) and is appointed with stainless steel appliances throughout, including an LG Smartfridge with an automatic craft ice maker (i.e large ice spheres for whiskey & cocktails), stainless beverage and wine refrigerators, dishwasher, dual ovens, commercial Bunn coffee maker station, and air fryer. Upstairs boasts brand a new LG high-capacity washer & dryer set with steam and sanitize options, custom stamped-concrete ping pong table, air hockey, foosball, 75” TV with full surround sound, dry sauna, steam shower, and more—truly something for everyone! This waterfront home is just 10 minutes from award-winning wineries Brassfield Estate, Cache Creek Vineyards, Stonehouse Cellars, and many more. Robinson Rancheria Resort & Casino is just a 25-minute scenic drive around the lake. Clearlake is the oldest and largest natural lake in California and offers some of the best freshwater fishing West of the Mississippi, with world-class bass tournaments held multiple times throughout the year. Clearlake is especially well suited for skiing, wakeboarding, bumper tubing, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. Finally, the most dramatic backdrop of the area is Mt. Konocti, a dual-peak dormant volcano that is open for the 6+mile hikes to the summit. It’s a highly recommend experience if your party is up for the challenge!

*Clearlake, like many lakes in Northern California, is experiencing its driest months in recent memory. As a result, the lake’s water level is currently much lower than is typical. These low water levels have caused several of the nearby boat launches to temporarily close, so if you’re planning to bring a motorized boat to Clearlake, please keep this in mind.
**The house is equipped with an Alexa-integrated security system with audible alerts for opened doors and window, WiFi enabled deadbolt with auto-locking feature, and voice-controlled lighting systems in the front room, dining room, kitchen, and loft.
***Guests have private access to the entire home except for the garage, kitchen dry pantry, and upstairs master closet. Elevator access is limited to guests with mobility issues (please inquire with the host prior to your stay). Exterior cameras are located at the front entrance, overlooking the dock/backyard canal, and within the garage.
****A maximum of 12 guests may be on the property, and all guests must be listed in the booking request. A maximum of 6 vehicles are permitted at the property; each towed boat counts as a vehicle under this policy. No more than two towed boats are allowed at the property.
*****Guests agree to be respectful to the neighbors and agree to not make excessive noise between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. No parties are permitted and only registered guests are permitted at the property.
