This listing is for TWO four bedroom units, making it the perfect escape for a big group, large or multiple families, etc. The two units have a combined 8 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, designed with your comfort and convenience in mind and offers modern, upscale amenities balanced with quintessential Maine coastal charm. Just minutes from stunning sandy beaches where your family can spend the days relaxing, this retreat is the perfect home base for exploring the beauty of southern Maine. This rental is for two side by side units.
5 minutes from Scarborough Beach and Pine Point Beach and 15 minutes from Old Orchard Beach with its amusement park and boardwalk. Downtown Portland is also only 15 minutes away for a variety of world renowned restaurants and shopping!

While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.
Smoking is not permitted in the house or near any open exterior doors.

The first unit has gas fireplaces in each room and bedroom except for one. The second unit without the gas fireplace has a high end infrared space heater. There is no AC in the first unit. The second unit has mini splits in each bedroom and the living room for both heat and AC.
We have installed exterior-only security cameras for the safety of our guests and to protect the property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras, are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
There is a train track nearby, but we do provide noise machines and ear plugs for added comfort.
