Beautiful and comfortable home for relaxing vacations. Located in a safe family neighborhood, enjoy the brand new interior and beautiful new furniture. This is a wonderful location when visiting Los Angeles. You are centrally located near to Hollywood and Universal Studios. You're close to Santa Monica And Venice beach. This house sleeps 6-8 guest. Additional beds available at an additional fee.
The space
We have all new high end beds. The master has a Ca King bed and a queen sofa sleeper. Bedroom two has a king bed and the third bedroom has an option to be another king or two twins.

Everything in the house. washer dryer. Patio etc. The BBQ is available we provide the BBQ and the Propane tanks. We do not provide propane.

Cap port parking available and plenty of street parking. This home has a ring doorbell camera on the front door only. No other cameras.
UTILITIES - LADWP/SoCal Gas. For rentals with term 30-day and longer we require a flat non-refundable utilities fee of $25/day.
