The property is a mile from Old Colorado City, at the foot of Pikes Peak and Cheyenne Mountain, with interesting pubs, restaurants, and shopping. Downtown Colorado Springs is less than two miles away.
Recently renovated, featuring an open-plan layout and a new kitchen. Enjoy the modern appliances, thoughtful mood lighting, and tasteful Boho-themed décor. There are two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed. There is one bathroom with a tub/shower. Everything is on one floor.
Please note that there is another unit on the property in the basement of the house. It has a separate entrance at the back of the house and serves as my personal living space when I'm in town. Usually, I'm not there since I work away from home for extended periods. However, if I happen to be using the basement, my presence goes fairly unnoticed, and it has never been an issue.
