Relaxing in the sun-room is the absolute best! Panoramic window views of lush foliage and towering trees makes you forget you are in the city. It is a dream to wake up and drink a cup of coffee while looking out into the seemingly endless woods.
The living room & dining rooms are open floor-plans which gives a wonderfully spacious feel to the main living areas of the house.
All utilities are included, including Fiber internet for those work-from-home folks.
Our lovely home is nestled in a neighborhood between Buckhead and Atlanta, allowing for quick access to anything your heart desires. Having lived here personally for two years, I love how close I am to Target, Home Depot, Kroger, Publix, Fedex, Starbucks, Best Buy, Home Goods, Michaels, Chik-Fil-A, Chase, Wells Fargo, CVS; all within a 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk if I'm feeling like it.
The 85 Freeway is easily accessible which gives you access to anywhere you need to go. Atlanta Botanical Garden & Piedmont Park are just a 15-minute drive on city streets. If you prefer public transport, Lindbergh MARTA station (our train/subway) is just a 5-minute drive with free parking available.
