Beautifully furnished 1 bedroom upstairs condo. High ceilings with upstairs loft. This unit is the best unit in the entire complex with ALL DAY sunshine. Conveniently located near Qualcomm, Scripps Proton Therapy center, Sorrento Valley biotech firms, comic-con, Del-Mar race track and UCSD. A beautiful community park is located directly adjacent to the complex. The unit is located on the 2nd floor of the building and is located in front of the complex greenbelt and has beautiful views of the Penasquito's canyon. A short walk from the condo is located a pool and hot tub. A covered parking spot is also provided. Within the unit, there are new functional appliances, an outdoor gas grill and all the necessary amenities to provide for a comfortable stay. There is an upstairs loft that can accommodate a 3rd person (aero bed provided). The loft also has a desk and printer that is perfect for a work space. Also set up in the loft is a swiss ball and yoga mat along with some light weights. My unit is located away from the street. It is very quiet and gets sunshine all day long during the winter months and cool breezes during the spring and summer months.
Overview of the neighborhood- This condo is located in a very quiet neighborhood minutes from Qualcomm headquarters and local biotech firms, It is a 10 minute drive to UCSD, La jolla beaches, Torrey Pines golf course and a 15 minute drive to the Del Mar racetrack. There is easy access to the 5-805-15 freeways. A community park is located directly next to my complex and there are numerous hiking/ mountain biking trails in the Penasquito's nature reserve located within a short walking distance to my unit. There is also an LA fitness a short 5 minute drive from my unit. I will provide complimentary 3 day passes for access to this gym
