You also have a single car attached garage with an opener that includes space for the trash, recycling bins, and other storage. As you exit your garage you'll enter a hallway to your condo that is shared with only one other unit. No need to worry about mowing or snow removal, as we have it covered for you.
We also welcome your furry four-legged friends. You'll notice a $250 pet deposit that is fully refundable, assuming no damage to the property.
