(We live in the main house with kids.)
Welcome guests who are quiet, respectful and friendly.

❌ NO PETS/ ANIMALS all kinds (due to our kids’ allergic reactions, we are unable to host guests with any pet/service animal. Please let us know AHEAD OF TIME if you need an assistance of a service animal so that we can arrange the booking accordingly. Last minute notice and/or disclosure is unacceptable.

2. Pls help to keep QUIET anytime, NO VISITORS or unpaid guests, NO PARTY, NO LOUD MUSIC

3. You can park in the PARKING LANE as our instructions (at the left side of the driveway, 1-2 cars only)
4. Gardening service every Tuesday morning, please aware for potential noise.
5. Noise potential: we have kids, random noise & footstep occur. We’ll try to keep them as quiet as possible.
6. All guests must be registered. NO VISITORS / NO TRESPASSING.
7. Street cleaning is on the second and the fourth Wednesday every month, 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Pls avoid street parking during these periods.
8. In case of a life/death, or emergency, please call 911 first and feel free to contact us via phone call (Emergency ONLY) for timely matter response. Please keep in mind that all conversations will be recorded for quality and safety purposes. All other conversations, including but not limited to questions, concerns, needs, requests, etc…should be sent via Airbnb message center, and or text message via our direct phone numbers provided on Check-in Instruction.
