It provides two bedrooms made up of a king-size with an en-suite and a twin zip/link room, as well as a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. Also inside there is an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire. To the exterior you will find plenty of off road parking and a garden with a lawn area and a patio with furniture. Sunnywell is a fabulous, cosy cottage located ideally for touring this wonderful region.
Amenities: Oil fired central heating. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: The spiral staircase is open tread and a stair gate cannot be fitted, children to be supervised. Please note: you are able to charge an electric car at the property, however there will be a £80 + VAT (5%) per week, per vehicle charge payable to the owner If you have more than one vehicle, you will need to tell us and pay any additional charges as required. Any accessories required to facilitate this would not be provided. Please note: This property is not suitable for children under the age of 8.
