Stay warm and cozy by the wood-burning fireplace during the colder months. Located in the Dollar Hill Two Condo Association you will be about 3 miles from Tahoe City with access to many restaurants, bars, shopping, and the Tahoe City Marina where you can rent Kayaks and enjoy other water sports. You can even take the bike bath into town if you don't mind pedaling back up Dollar Hill!

* We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months.
* There is no air conditioning in this rental.
