This is a brand new listing for October 2023. The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen with induction hob and large lounge and a balcony. Two bedrooms can be configured for either 2 single beds or a double bed in each. Please advise on your booking. We will assume 2 x doubles and the 2 singles if no information is given.
The property has been renovated to very high standard with maximum insulation throughout and with Solar panels, battery storage and both electric under floor and radiator heating, we hope the Coach House will be as energy efficient as we can make it.
The lounge has the latest top of the range 75” Samsung TV with access to all the TV apps required, BBC, ITV, Amazon and Netflix etc. The latest hi-fi system with Bluetooth, radio etc is just below.
Entry will be via a front door keypad with your own code. The property has an alarm system linked to a local security firm if you wish to use the alarm for security. One room has a digital safe.
There is private free of charge secure parking for one car. However, owners park at their own risk. We do have 30 day CCTV recording covering the parking area.
There is high speed internet access. The American fridge has on demand ice and cold filtered water. There is a washing machine with built in dryer and a clothes horse if you need to do any washing.
There are two bathrooms one wet room with a shower and one with a shower and a bath. The bath is a large deep bath - sink in after a hard day shopping or getting ready for a night out – total relaxation.
All bathrooms have fantastic Body Shop bathroom products which are all vegan Fair-Trade organic and we supply Bumboo toilet rolls for your stay.
