New kitchen with granite counter tops, new appliances (dish drawer, microwave drawer, gas stove and oven, refrigerator, Keurig and toaster. Outside is a stainless steel gas grill.
Living room has a 51” flatscreen TV, Hampton Gas Stove and a back up Rinnai heating system. The sun porch serves as a dining area but also has a small day bed for additional sleeping. (1 person)
