Close to trailheads leading to the bluffs and, ultimately the ocean. This is a 4 bedroom 2 bath single family home that was just renovated and provides parking and a full kitchen, along with a great back yard for relaxing. The living room is all set to watch the game on the flatscreen TV, and has laundry on the property. There is gas heating, no A/C as we are close to the beach and get great sea air. Close to Sandpiper golf course, the Ritz Carlton Bacara and the house has everything you would need to enjoy your stay in Goleta and the Santa Barbara area. Even surfboards, Boogie boards, and sand chairs! See you in the Goodland.
