Mid Century modern guest house situated below the main house with its own private entrance. This large studio is equipped with everything but the kitchen sink. It has a fridge, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, full bathroom and plenty of clean towels. Private balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the Hollywood Hills, perfecting for watching the best sunsets. Situated close enough to city life (keeping your daily commute sane) yet at the top of the Hollywood Hills. My place is close to the Hollywood Bowl, Pantages, Train station, restaurants, and great hiking trails. The neighborhood is great and super friendly. My place is good for couples, small families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. There is a full size fridge, a nice spacious desk, a sofa, tv, full cable with the premium channels and wifi. This is separate from the main house so you will not have access to a kitchen or laundry. You have your own private entrance just off the side of the main house down a flight of stairs.
