GUEST ACCESS:
Because we are a working ranch with livestock, dogs and horses, property access may be limited but the views are spectacular. Grab a picnic basket & picnic throw & catch a sunset on a walk down the lane by the pond and enjoy the moon through the hills while sitting on the deck. We are happy to provide locations for hiking and exploring as well.

Please be aware of which house you have reserved & park in the designated location to not disrupt other guests.
• We share the first driveway (1 mile) with the neighbor ranch - please be courteous, drive slowly and pull to the side where safe in order for feed/work trucks to pass by.
• On the ranch, there is livestock, free range chickens, horses, 2 Great Pyrenees livestock guardian dogs + 2 house dogs.
• If you have special lodging requirements, we are happy to do our best to accommodate your request ahead of time.
• There is mobile reception with the exception of T-Mobile.
• The nearest grocery store & fuel station are a 20-25 min drive, so do plan ahead for in-house meals on your way to the ranch or enjoy a vast selection of many local restaurants!
• With country living comes the critters. Please be mindful of closing doors and windows, the mice, birds and lizards would love to call this place home provided the opportunity. Let’s keep these things outside where they belong so the next guests can enjoy the same.
• There are a few rare occasions where the power will go out during heat waves (PG&E shuts down for fire safety precaution) or winter storms (when lines are down) - but rest assured, the water and cooking stove are made possible by gas and we have plenty of lanterns and candles for ambient lighting.
• Water conservation is a must during the summer and we thank you for understanding Mother Nature during a drought (our water comes from a natural spring on the ranch).
