The spindles and trim in the entire home are custom milled to historic accuracy. Every window has been restrung and reset to perfection to be operational. The first floor has an open plan with a formal living room with plenty of seating, a designer half bath, dining room with a modern table and massive chandelier, and a kitchen with an extra large marble island. Outside of the kitchen is a humidity controlled, custom built wine closet.
