The Lawns is pleasantly situated in the village of Charlton Marshall, which is only 2 miles from the vibrant Georgian market town of Blandford. Blandford is home to a good selection of shops and olde pubs, it is the heart of the local farming community with weekly farmers market.
The Lawns is comfortably furnished and centrally heated, making it an ideal holiday spot whatever the season. The garden, which is the owners pride and joy is of particular note with substantial lawns and well-tended flower borders, a covered seating area immediately outside the back door is a lovely sun trap. Being all on one floor The Lawns is ideal for those who find stairs a challenge. There are no internal steps and the back door step is reasonably shallow so may suit partially disabled.
