Summary: Nice warm welcome, Ryan helped carry our luggage to room and explained WiFi code, nearest cafe for breakfast etc.We requested extra pillow and it was there, which is very good because we usually have to remind other hotels when we get there. Little things matter! Bed linen and towels very clean and fresh. Location was good, we took taxis into town but it’s walkable (20 mins) Taxi about £5 each way, about 5 mins. Friendly staff and customers and we had live music on the Saturday night. Didn’t eat there as we had previous dinner plans with family, but the drinks were very reasonably priced.
