Land, boonies, yet close to Bella Vista trails. It's on my 8 acres farm, I raised trout here for many years but taking a break.
Chickens free ranging around as are some rabbits, 5 hens in back yard for free eggs. Nice and quiet. Home newly remodeled 2 yrs ago and updated plumbing and electric...large deck around pool which is closed for the season. Feel free to walk the farm or the dirt road. Few neighbors all really nice folks.
