Incredible remodel on this River Front location! Close to town, Yosemite and Bass Lake! The Trees and view are gorgeous! Open floorplan with dining room living room and kitchen island combo. Family room with luxury reclining leather sofa and chairs. Three bedrooms and two baths. Additional enclosed patio room with pool table and a/c and additional frig. Big yard with horseshoe pits, lots of room to roam and adjacent to Nelder Creek below the Fresno river merge. Wildlife. So many amenities! Nexpresso coffee maker, all the kitchen supplies you could want, 70 inch smart TV with Netflix, two living rooms. Huge covered patio with dining, bar, smoker/bbq combo, views of the river. The sound of the river is amazing. Last home on the street no driveby traffic. Big private yard right along the river. Outdoor seating, hammock chairs, plenty of parking. So private and magical.
Oakhurst is the biggest town before the south entrance toYosemite and has so many wonderful amenities. Stores, food, restaurants, movie theater, supplies. Occasional Wildlife is on the property and must not be engaged in any way.
Wonderful neighborhood with privacy and space between homes. Close to town but feels miles away. Gorgeous natural wilderness with views of mountains, river and trees all around.
Ample on site parking. Close to town for all supplies and Vons, roundtable etc do deliver to the home. Fast & Easy access to Highway 41 but feels so remote. Southgate of Yosemite is approximately 20 minute drive North. Bass Lake is approximately 10 minute drive. Town about 6 minutes.
Single level ranch style home. Open floor plan with upgrades. Electric fireplace, gorgeous crafted wood/epoxy kitchen island counter. All new vinyl plank through out. Remodeled hall bath with soaking tub. Amazing beds new and comfy. All new furnishings. Full interior laundry room. Master with ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. Large covered outdoor patio with built in bar area, PitBoss smoker/BBQ combo, lots of seating and outdoor dining with sound of the river.
Best access to home is by personal vehicle. Motorhome or trailers are not recommended particularly over 25 feet in length due to switchback on the road. Part of the road is dirt with gravel.
